On the occasion of the first season of events at L’Éclair, the new cultural venue in Épinay-sur-Seine, the PMO team is bringing its activities to this remarkable space to organize, in partnership with the Soukmachines collective, the venue’s management team, a day dedicated to Oriental music, featuring many renowned local artists.
As part of this event, a concert by the young ensemble El Mawsili was presented, with honorary guests Ramzi Aburedwan and students from the Pôle Musical d’Orgemont, Arcana, and the conservatories of Épinay-sur-Seine and Stains. El Mawsili is the school of classical Arab-Andalusian music in Saint-Denis. Here it appears in its youth version, a perfect representation of the commitment to transmission and sharing. Opening the concert, Ramzi Aburedwan, a Franco-Palestinian artist, accompanied them alongside young musicians from Épinay and Stains.
